Should you receive an unsatisfactory response or no response at all from the above-mentioned contact options within three weeks, you can contact the Brandenburg State Enforcement Agency for Digital Accessibility to review the information and measures stated in the accessibility declaration. According to Section 4 Paragraph 3 of the Brandenburg Accessibility Ordinance (BbgBITV), the Enforcement Agency is responsible for enforcing the right of citizens to accessible websites and mobile applications against public bodies in the State of Brandenburg.
