Ecstatic Dance Potsdam (Open Air Inner Journey)
Dancing without substances, cell phones, or talking. With lots of bass, beats, and heart!
Ecstatic Dance Potsdam has been based at T-Werk since 2019 and invites you to join them on a shared dance journey. The approximately two-hour DJ set is structured in musical waves and is framed by a warm-up and a meditative final relaxation.
Important to know:
This is a dance workshop without alcohol or other drugs, without smartphones, cameras, shoes, or talking. No prior experience is necessary to participate. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and feel free to bring a blanket for relaxation breaks. You can refill your own sealable water bottle at any time. Non-alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase at T-Werk. Please arrive on time, as we will begin the workshop together to ensure a genuine group experience.
And please stay home if you feel sick or have cold symptoms.

**Note regarding our open-air events in July and August:**
_Normally we dance barefoot, but that's not really recommended in the Schirrhof... better to wear comfortable shoes or bring a mat._
You are welcome to bring a yoga mat and a blanket for the final relaxation.
