Walk through Sanssouci Park to the Belvedere Klausberg

This walk along the northern ridge of Sanssouci Park offers visitors an insight into the diverse horticultural work carried out by the Prussian Palaces and Gardens Foundation Berlin-Brandenburg (SPSG). The tour explains tree planting, various pruning techniques, the art of summer flower arrangements, and the care of Mediterranean potted plants. In selected sections of the garden, guests learn about the effort invested in their design and how the park is also grappling with the effects of climate change. As a highlight of the walk, visitors can conclude with a visit to the rarely open Belvedere on Klausberg Hill, with its historic interior. From the upper gallery, they will enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Sanssouci Park and its surroundings.
