Mysterious sparkle: The Grotto Hall in the New Palace

Upon entering the Grotto Hall of the New Palace, visitors are greeted by a veritable treasure trove. The Garden Hall, with its extraordinary interior decoration, is truly unique. Its colorfully designed walls and pillars house more than 23.000 minerals, gemstones, and fossils from around the world. This special tour focuses on the unique design of the room and the masterful wall decorations. Individual minerals and their fascinating histories will be presented in detail.
To experience the Grotto Hall as a complete work of art, the usual guided tour is deviated from. Areas of the hall that are normally restricted can be accessed.
