In new pictures and animations, we bring the starry sky down to Potsdam. The firmament is rich in mysterious legends and tales: How did the Great Bear come to be in the sky, and why does it have such a long tail? Who exactly was the vain Queen Cassiopeia? Besides imaginative fairy tales, our young visitors will also learn about the stars and constellations that inspired the ancient Greeks to create their star myths.
