Animal feeding: Prehistoric squirrel
These rodents truly live up to their name! The Prevost's squirrel at the Potsdam Biosphere belongs to the beautiful squirrel family, originally comes from Southeast Asia, and is quite large at about 24 centimeters long, with a tail that's about the same length. In rainforests, these squirrels are primarily found in tall trees, but they also forage on the ground.
