Tower climb – (almost) at eye level with the Atlas

  • guided tour / tour

GUIDED TOUR: Our golden atlas has always had the perfect view of the Old Market Square – and now you can experience it too! Normally not open to the public, we'll take you up the Old Town Hall tower, and that's not all:

We'll explain everything there is to see. And that's more than old Atlas could ever imagine, because with us you have a panoramic view, including everything that happens behind the Titan's back.

In the city history exhibition, you will then learn more about the history of the Old Market Square and the Old Town Hall, the oldest building on the square, which today, together with the Knobelsdorff House, forms a modern building complex housing the Potsdam Museum.

Duration approximately 1 hour. Max. 15 people.
Please note: The tour is not wheelchair accessible. Elevator access is available to the top floor; from this level, the tower can only be reached via several flights of stairs.
