The four museums in Potsdam's city center are once again offering free admission this year, inviting visitors to explore art, nature, history, and film from Potsdam, Brandenburg, and around the world. On four Fridays throughout the year, the Potsdam Film Museum, the Brandenburg Museum for Future, Present and History, the Potsdam Museum, and the Potsdam Natural History Museum can be visited free of charge. The Potsdam Natural History Museum invites visitors to explore Brandenburg's wildlife from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. A family tour for children aged 5 and up is offered from 16 p.m. to 17 p.m. on these days; please register by phone.

The event takes place on the fourth Friday of the last month of each quarter in the following museums:

Potsdam Film Museum (Fridays 10 am to 18 pm)
Brandenburg Museum for Future, Present and History (Fridays 11 am to 18 pm)
Natural History Museum Potsdam (Fridays 9 am to 18 pm)
Potsdam Museum - Forum for Art and History (Fridays 10 am to 18 pm)

A special guided tour of local wildlife at the Potsdam Natural History Museum: 16 to 5 pm. Families will discover special exhibits during the tour. Various animals will be presented in detail, and their habitats will be explained. Suitable for children aged 17 and up; please register in advance.
