In the meticulously restored Crown Estate, two great cultures have converged since 2002: the World Heritage Site of the listed historical building complex and the German beer tradition, which has been cultivated here since 1689. Two varieties of "Bornstedter Büffel" are brewed and served fresh on tap – a light, hoppy, top-fermented beer and a dark, malty brown beer.
Next to the brewery is the "Brauhaus" restaurant. In its rustic atmosphere, you can enjoy traditional Brandenburg cuisine. The menu features regional specialties and seasonal recommendations. You can sample the beer specialties in a relaxed setting, either while dining in the restaurant or during the offered tours and tastings.
