Le Midi encompasses everything we love: a good lunch, the south of France, and conversation over a meal. We believe that every bite should be a culinary highlight, that food is more than just sustenance and calorie intake.
We are a team from different professions, age groups, and backgrounds, and we share a passion for good food, a search for great raw materials with traceable transport routes, and a joy in meeting, recommending, discovering, and being together.
We don't have first-person shooters – for us, the sum of the parts is the desired result.
Just as we tackle the daily tasks of creating a creative lunch menu, providing excellent dinners, catering for all kinds of events, from healthy children's meals to free food for refugees, we also directly experience the daily tensions: reconciling family and career, equality, integration, feasibility and limits.
As a company, we take responsibility to live up to our role in society.
