Traditionally, pannekoeken are served with butter and stroop, a special sugar beet syrup. However, there are no limits to the variety of ideas. For example, the combination of sour cherry and vanilla ice cream is sure to please many palates.
The café "Poffertjes en Pannekoeken" revives the tradition of the Dutch pancake house in Potsdam's city center. Located in the historic building of a former cigar shop on Mittelstraße, it combines Dutch cuisine with Potsdam's cozy atmosphere. Stroll through the Dutch Quarter, past boutiques, art studios, and the Johann-Boumann-Haus Museum, and round off your visit with a latte macchiato and a portion of poffertjes.
