As Potsdam residents by choice, we have been living here with our small family for several years. Now we would like to bring our experience in the restaurant industry home with us and settle in a historic spot called Hinzenberg.
As they say, the way to someone's heart is through their stomach – and we want to share our love of good food made from fresh, regional products. Fresh, regional, seasonal, with a modern twist on classic cuisine – our cooking makes everyone happy. Some call it soul food.
Years of experience in the event and catering sector, as well as in the restaurant industry, make us an ideal partner for family and corporate celebrations. Our food trucks and live cooking at the OFYR (Outdoor Fireplace) also add a wow factor.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of approximately 55 people.
