Opposite the state parliament, the Potsdam harbor and in the center of various cultural and historical buildings, such as the Museum Barberini, the Nikolaisaal Potsdam and the Potsdam Museum, restaurateurs Ralph Junick and Kay Fock have realized a long-matured idea.
In the building, originally constructed as an orangery for the city palace and now the Potsdam Film Museum, with its large, light-filled windows, the two experienced chefs have combined history and modernity. They embraced the generous ceiling height and, with large wooden tables, rustic floorboards, historic factory lamps, and an open kitchen, created a warm and relaxed, unique restaurant, the "GenussWerkstatt Potsdam" (Potsdam Culinary Workshop).
The basic gastronomic concept is a fresh, fast and flexible "crossover" cuisine! This is ensured by a team with international gastronomic experience.
Whether it's a wedding, conference, birthday, confirmation, employee party or customer event – GenussWerkstatt is a reliable partner for events of all kinds.
The restaurant can accommodate groups of approximately 90 people, and exclusive events can be held for up to 120 people.
