The restaurant itself is located in the center of Neuer Markt square in Potsdam, one of the best-preserved Baroque squares in Europe, situated in the city's historic center. Both the square and the restaurant have a fascinating history. The building, formerly the royal malt and grain weigh house, was established in 1735 in a half-timbered structure. The current building was erected in 1836, and in 1875 the city council's weigh house was relocated here.
In the “Waage” building, authentic old and modern elements were combined to create a harmonious overall picture.
The restaurant is spread across three areas. There's the terrace, where you can sit comfortably in the shade on hot days in this wonderful spot. Inside, there are two dining rooms, one of which can be completely separated for special occasions.

The restaurant can accommodate groups of approximately 45 people.
