The restaurant is located on the historic grounds of the former Persius granary. Built in 1843 in a castle style, it was used to store provisions for the military, primarily grain, which is why it also housed an army bakery. The "Trattoria Toscana" offers homemade ribbon pasta, antipasti, soups, salads, stone-baked pizza, meat dishes, fish dishes, and desserts.
The restaurant accepts groups of up to 45 people.
