Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of the bonus card of the Potsdam Tourist Information.
The issuer and legal owner of the bonus card is the

By using the bonus card, the participating person accepts these terms and conditions as binding, provided they have been effectively incorporated into the agreement.
Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Participation is free of charge and does not require registration. Employees of Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH are excluded from participation.
The bonus card is free of charge.
- at the Tourist Information Potsdam Marketing and Service GmbH or
- via the brochure distribution of Potsdam Marketing and Service GmbH
Issued. The bonus card is designed as a voluntary loyalty program. Duplication or multiple issuance is not permitted.
The bonus card contains five stamp fields.
A stamp will be awarded for each of the following purchases at the Potsdam Tourist Information:
- Boat trip: Purchase of a ticket from the bookable boat trip offer of the Potsdam Tourist Information.
- City tour: Purchase of a ticket from the bookable city tour offer.
- Public tour: Purchase of a ticket for a public tour from the bookable offer.
- Event or cultural experience: Purchase of a ticket via the ticket platforms available at the Tourist Information (e.g. Reservix, Ticketmaster, etc.).
- Souvenir or goods: Purchase of a souvenir or other goods from the range offered in the Potsdam Tourist Information with a minimum value of 15 EUR.
Stamps are generally issued directly at the ticket counter upon presentation of the bonus card. Retroactive stamping is possible if a clear invoice or receipt from the Potsdam Tourist Information, online bookings at potsdamtourismus.de, the online shop, or purchases made through the service centers of Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH is presented. For group, collective, or multiple bookings, a maximum of one stamp per transaction is issued, regardless of the number of tickets booked, provided the person making the booking is the contracting party.
After being fully stamped (five stamps), the bonus card can be redeemed once at the Potsdam Tourist Information for the following rewards:
- an exclusive gift that is not available for purchase,
- a city voucher worth €10
The gift in kind does not represent a guaranteed monetary value. Cash payment, transfer, or combination with other discount offers is excluded.
The reward can only be redeemed in person at the Potsdam Tourist Information office of Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH. Each bonus card can only be redeemed once. The bonus card is valid until December 31, 2027, unless the promotion ends earlier.
In case of loss, theft, damage, or illegibility of stamps, there is no entitlement to a replacement or credit for stamps already collected. Tampering or misuse will result in exclusion from the promotion.
No personal data is collected, stored, or processed for the use of the bonus card. Registration is not required. Further information on data protection can be found at www.potsdam-tourismus.de/datenschutz.
Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH reserves the right to change, adapt, or terminate the bonus card program at any time for legitimate reasons. In this case, bonus cards already issued will remain valid for a period of three months from the date of notification of termination.
Potsdam Marketing und Service GmbH is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
