All visitor services are also available to people with disabilities. To ensure optimal organization in terms of accessibility, we kindly request that you provide brief information in advance when registering. This will allow us, for example, to ensure that sufficient wheelchair spaces are available in the conference rooms for visitors attending committee meetings, thanks to adapted seating arrangements. For people with hearing impairments, a sign language interpreter will be provided free of charge upon request and with advance notice.
