Guided tour of the Potsdam Film Museum's exhibition depot for school classes

Since January 2025, the Potsdam Film Museum's open storage facility in the media city of Babelsberg has been inviting visitors on a journey of discovery through film history. Around 750 exhibits and 400 documents illustrate how films are made and have been made. On display are original film equipment, props, costumes, and set design objects. The exhibition offers a selection from over a million collected objects and conveys the diverse work behind the camera. A particular focus is placed on the development of the Babelsberg studio complex. In addition, the open storage facility provides insights into the work of the collection and archive.
