Potsdam's Olympic and World Canoe Champion Jan Vandrey offers companies, associations, clubs, and private groups a selection of motivational keynote speeches, sports-related Olympic talks, and active team events on the Havel lakes. Exclusive tours of the Potsdam Olympic Training Center are also available. From team workshops and seminars to company outings and after-work events, the activities on and around the water can be tailored to your specific needs. Especially popular in the 2026 Olympic year are summer parties on the banks of the Havel River and active health days featuring a presentation and a team-building activity program on the water.

New this year are guided canoe tours in Potsdam in several team canoes (each with 10 seats and a steersman) along the sights on the banks of the Havel River. From the water, groups can admire the floral splendor of Friendship Island, discover the dome of St. Nicholas Church, and paddle along the Babelsberg shore to the Glienicke Bridge.
